-Screenshots:
L1 & Select = hide HUD
L1 & Start = take screen shot.
Note: You can take screen shots with the HUD open, but they look awful. Lol.

-Easily selecting a quest item from your inventory. Talk to person who wants the quest item. Choose greyed out icon, press square.
